ChoiceCenter is proud to debut Business Transformation, a course for entrepreneurs, small business owners, dreamers, and movers and shakers who are ready to expand and/or transform their business results by focusing on three key factors:
– Being guided by vision and not limited by circumstances
– Being committed to reinvention & redesign
– Being maniacal about enrollment – in you as a leader, your products and services, and your customers and business partners
Whether you own an existing business that has become stagnant or are ready to be a first-time entrepreneur, Business Transformation will provide the environment for you to explore contextually where your business is today. You’ll put together a detailed plan for reinvention and redesign, coming from a place of innovation and competitive advantage. You’ll spend four weekends over six months benchmarking your competition, developing a differentiation for why customers should choose you over others, creating metrics to measure your success, and developing new strategies for implementation and growth that will have you expand your share of the market.
Business Transformation’s weekends are taught by the Dean of the UMass Boston’s Business School and Former Dean of George Mason University’s School of Business Jorge Haddock. Business Transformation includes classroom training plus weekly business coaching sessions with Jorge.
Business Transformation is limited to 20 participants.
Prerequisite for attending Business Transformation is completing Discovery, Breakthrough & Leadership modules.
