In Discovery and Breakthrough, you will explore and break through the beliefs that limit you in business, relationships, health and wellness, education, commitments, personal growth, and more, in order to create a life and relationships you love waking up to every day. In Leadership, you will work with a personal coach for 100 days to put into action all of the tools and learning from Discovery and Breakthrough to achieve goals you author on a personal strategic plan. What is Discovery?
ChoiceCenter’s Personal Development course is an 8-day training delivered in two parts called Discovery and Breakthrough. Discovery is an action-oriented, experiential learning workshop designed to have you be more effective in all areas of your life. Over four days (one evening and three days), you will look deeply and honestly at the way you think, feel and act, and learn how your behavior creates the results you are achieving in your life. Through exercises, role plays, games, and sharing, you will explore how you make decisions and choices; perform as a leader, family member, and team player; and experience what it is like for others to be in relationship with you.

Most importantly, you will see the degree to which your current thinking and behavior is (or is not) consistent with your vision for your life, and will discover new possibilities for yourself that are no longer determined by your past, but generated by your commitment to the future. You will leave this life-altering workshop with the tools to immediately create results personally and professionally. What is Breakthrough?
Building on the self-awareness of the Discovery workshop, Breakthrough challenges you to stretch beyond what you believe are your current limits to discover that you are capable of more than you imagine possible.

Using the most powerful transformational and educational tools available today, this 4-day breakthrough-oriented workshop offers you the opportunity to overcome past and present circumstances in order to create extraordinary results. You will experience letting go of belief systems that limit you and transform your relationship with fear to access your personal power. With the ability to navigate obstacles, you will be able to achieve results faster and with a positive, goal-driven attitude. You will also expand your capacity for intimacy, your ability to inspire others, and will practice the art of relating and communicating with impact.

What is Leadership?
Leadership Legacy is where you learn to translate the learning and tools of Discovery and Breakthrough into your life. For more than 3 months, your life literally becomes the classroom as you receive daily personal coaching on how to create extraordinary results and achieve the goals you author on a personal strategic plan. With your team and your coach, you will bring into reality what may now seem impossible. You will also:

TUITION:  Essential EQ Development – Discovery and Breakthrough Tuition Cost Through December 2024:  $2997.

A payment of $400 or more reserves your seat and initiates pre-training coaching sessions.  Save $200 if paid in full by 21 days prior to Discovery training.  All tuition must be paid in full 10 days prior to your Discovery start date.
