Schedule A Personal Coaching Session Robyn Williams is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChoiceCenter Leadership University, a leader in the field of EQ, personal development and leadership training designed for people in pursuit of personal excellence who want to take their lives to the next level of success. Robyn is a professionally trained Master Facilitator and a Master Coach who specializes in Leadership and Business development. Robyn designs and delivers custom business trainings for organizations, corporations, and governments throughout the U.S. She has an coaching clientele that includes an NBA team owner, multiple Fortune 500 C-level executives, resort owners, entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, investment bankers, developers, doctors, and spa owners, to name a few. Since 1998, Robyn’s coaching clientele have all been generated by referral. The results she creates with her clients are so immediate and lasting, her reputation spreads quickly from one corporation to another. Since founding ChoiceCenter in 1998, Robyn has included community giving in the Center’s Leadership Legacy curriculum. Using the same EQ technology she applies to coaching, Robyn has led more than 180 Leadership teams to complete Legacy projects that produce well over $100,000 to charity each class. Prior to opening ChoiceCenter, Robyn was a successful entrepreneur and has owned her own companies since she was 20 years old. Her first business was an insurance brokerage that expanded from San Diego to Las Vegas, and grew to be the largest in Southern Nevada within just two years.
Corrine Clement
Chief Innovator and Culture Officer
Corrine is the Torchbearer of her LV74 Leadership team (2007) and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2008. Paralleling a successful career in the gaming industry with entrepreneurial pursuits, Corrine spent 15 years with MGM Resorts International, and 6 years with Wynn Resorts, most recently serving as Vice President of Culture and Diversity for Wynn where she leads the company’s public image recovery after the founder stepped down in the wake of a #metoo scandal. Her career includes three years living in Macau, SAR China, opening the $4.5 billion Wynn Palace resort. Corrine is known for building award-winning cultures that drive financial performance. The story of how she transformed the culture at MGM Grand to drive massive revenue growth is documented in numerous books and publications, including “Practically Radical” by Fast Company founder Bill Taylor, and “Closing the Engagement Gap” by Towers Perrin. Corrine is the founder of Jarring Questions – a conversation game company – and The DEI Institute. The DEI Institute works with corporations, boards, and philanthropic organizations throughout the United States to embrace the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion. One of The Institute’s largest clients is Communities in Schools, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Corrine is a Certified Professional Coach who works with clients from a range of industries to maximize their personal and professional results. Most notably she coached poker pro-Antonio Esfandiari to win $18.3 million in a single tournament – the largest purse in the history of gaming.
Donnell Walston
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Donnell has been a mainstay at ChoiceCenter since 2007 when she took the Emotional Intelligence Leadership courses herself. In July of 2014, she became the Executive Director at ChoiceCenter. As such, she oversees the overall operations and administration of the center while providing a solid framework and strategies for the personal development and leadership courses. Donnell holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix. She worked as the Director of Training and Development for MGM Resorts for 14 years, and Wirtz Beverage, a local premium beverage distributor for four years. In those roles, Donnell supported employees with their development, expansion of skill sets, and promotion or place within the company. Donnell attributes her success as a ChoiceCenter coach to her nearly two decades of experience coaching people in business for what’s next. Now, at ChoiceCenter, she says she has the opportunity to extend that into other domains of peoples’ lives including family and community.
Mary Acker
Chief Administrator and Graduate Relationship Guru
Mary joined the ChoiceCenter family in 2019 and is a graduate of the LV181 Leadership training. She currently serves as our Enrollment Administrative Assistant liaising with students, managing rosters, processing payments, preparing training materials for upcoming workshops and generally supporting with daily Center activities. Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree from Salem College and her Master’s degree from Duke University with Graduate Certificates in Women’s Studies and the Nonprofit Management Program. Something you may not know about Mary is that she is a Breast Cancer Survivor and enjoys jumping out of airplanes with her friends on the All Veteran Parachute Team.
Shana Ginsburg
Creative Genius Media Guru
Shana Ginsburg graduated from TL18 in 2011, and LV164 in 2017. After attending the trainings, Shana and her family relocated to Las Vegas from Connecticut, and at 16 years old, Shana joined ChoiceCenter’s HomeTeam as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. At only nine years old, Shana considered herself a “Tech Guru,” and launched her very own web design business, Shana’s Web Wizard. During leadership, Shana realized she could turn her childhood passion into purpose, and stepped into a new role at ChoiceCenter as our “Creative Genius Media Guru.” With her lifelong love for technology, Shana enjoys managing our website and creating valuable social media content for our graduates. Shana earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from UNLV, and loves supporting people in deepening their relationships. Since graduating from leadership, Shana has served as a Coach for several of our core and signature trainings, and continues to immerse herself in “EQ” education.
Kelly Benstead
Leadership Trainer & Coach of Champions
Kelly Benstead is a 2007 graduate of ChoiceCenter’s LV78 Leadership program and has coached professionally with the Center since 2008. She is currently coordinating the Leadership teams and training many of the Leadership weekends. Through this education, Kelly has learned how to navigate through the different and always changing stages of her life, such as having little kids, being an empty nester, and taking care of her parents. Through the Business EQ Mastery Training, Kelly and her husband, Guy, (LV78), have developed a Real Estate Investment company, which has allowed them to achieve financial freedom. Kelly spent many years in a career as a Certified Shorthand Reporter and Registered Professional Reporter in San Diego, and San Francisco. She also was the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for various court reporting firms. In her personal life, she and her husband, Guy have been married more than 28 years. They are the parents to their twin daughters, Delaney and Taylor (LV152), and their son, Patrick (LV114).
Lisa Ladelfa
Teen Leadership Goddess
Lisa Ladelfa is LV3 and graduated in 1999. Prior to coaching teens, Lisa was a salon owner for 36 years. At the age of 13, she relocated from Rochester, New York, to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she currently lives with her son Bailey (LV137), and their five rescue animals. For the past 11 years, Lisa has served as the Teen Leadership Coordinator at ChoiceCenter, where she empowers teens to be the biggest versions of themselves and create extraordinary results in their lives. Lisa’s mission is for everyone to understand that they matter, that they are worthy, powerful, and that their voices get to be heard. She believes that when the world works together, we can make the biggest possible difference.
Pam Ginsburg
“Journey Within” Soul Coach
Pam Ginsburg graduated from ChoiceCenter’s LV109 Leadership program in 2010. Pam has coached professionally at the Center since 2011 and specializes in relationship coaching. Pam and her husband, Gary (LV111), have been married for 36 years. They have 3 children, Ali (LV107), Jordan (LV110), and Shana (LV164). Ali met her husband, Ahmed Khalifa (LV93) at ChoiceCenter, and are now parents to Roxas and Raiden. As a stand for the work of emotional intelligence and continued education, Pam says that she’s found her calling in supporting people to achieve their dreams and live life to the fullest. Prior to moving to Las Vegas in 2012, Ginsburg worked as a registered nurse in Connecticut for 25 years, where she specialized in labor and delivery, post-partum, lactation consultation, and maternal nursing for 25 years. Pam credits her ability to adapt to new situations, connect with people, and be the difference in coaching to her many years as a nurse.
Moshe Dostov
Visuals And Music Master Guru
Moshe ( Shiko) Dostov is a 2017 graduate of ChoiceCenter’s LV165 Leadership program and has coached several leadership teams since then. With years of passion for music, web design, and computers, Moshe naturally gave himself the role of the “Visuals and Music Master Guru” at ChoiceCenter. Through this EQ education, Moshe has learned how to balance family time and career. He owns his web design company and supports the center daily with all audio and visual needs. Moshe is a “YES” guy, and brings joy with his uplifting energy and one-of-a-kind smile! Moshe’s good friend, Hadas, enrolled him, and after they both graduated leadership, they ended up madly in love AND married!
